What about this apparent debunk?“Ukraine has research facilities” does not mean that the US run them. The article I linked also claims that the purpose of those labs is to unarm soviet bio weapons rather than creating new ones. And that the existence of those labs was never negated, unlike what your title says. Can you prpve those statements false?
