Fire service employers called on to refuse to implement minimum service levels

I can only imagine how badly this will go.

“Can we have better pay and conditions please?”
“No.”
“OK, then we have no option but to strike.”
“If you strike, you will be sacked unless 73% of you stay at work.”
“…If you sack all the firefighters, who’s going to make up that 73%?”
