JRPGS are always better when they use British and European voice actors for the dub. FFXII was the first great example of this. That world felt so much more believable with all the English and Spanish dialects for different parts of the world.
In RE4 the villagers speak in South American Spanish even though the game takes place in Spain. These Japanese game companies always do their localization in the US hence why the voice overs almost always have American accents.
I dunno, I wish more Japanese media was voice acted like Dragon Quest.
