Specifically, I would like to move lemmy.world lower down the list as it’s not my main instance. Not sure if this is something that can be done at present or not?

Having read the discussion here, I’ve added some help text to the accounts screen that might help people with these kinds of issues. Should be in the next build.

And when you want to open with another instanse as default, select inbox (bell top left) and select the account of the instance you want the app to open with.
