Een grote brand heeft een pannenkoekenhuis in Ede verwoest in de nacht van zaterdag op zondag. De brandweer heeft het vuur inmiddels onder controle, maar is nog aan het nablussen. Er was niemand in het restaurant aanwezig. De N224 is afgesloten.

I love Germanic languages, I don’t know a speck of Dutch but I have a good hunch what “pannenkoekenhuis” means. I thought pancake houses only made the news in America though…
