I specifically remember requesting to delete it and I haven’t been using facebook in like forever.
I remember a post saying how there should be absolutely ‘no activity’ on facebook and any other linked services for meta to comply, which might explain this
Delete all your Facebook, meta, etc. cookies to make sure you're not accidentally signing into things like articles comments etc on sites that use your Facebook account.
