I would prefer there is a bar to type in.
Currently, my method is:
- go to search
- type in the community name
- click search
- then click community tab
- click the community you want.
The problem is it not navigate to correct community if the community happens to be on multiple instances.
For example, I want to navigate to !reddit@lemmy.world
But top results in community search navigate me to !reddit@lemmy.ml
Just tried this and you’re right, searching for a specific community seems borked.
Checking on GitHub, it looks like there’s a commit just gone in to show the full community address on the search results page so that will at least solve part of the problem.
