Sinds vanochtend om 10.00 uur is het Nationaal Hitteplan van kracht. Dat kondigde het RIVM gistermiddag af, in samenwerking met het RIVM. Het werd vandaag tropisch warm. In het Limburgse plaatsje Ell, dicht bij Weert, werd het rond 17.10 uur het warmst: 33,7 graden Celsius.
