Boys/men tend to have more libido in their day to day life (i.e. in non-sexual situations/encounters), so while girls might go through the same thing (I can’t speak either way on that) it’s more recognizable in boys.

careful when you say that, some radical feminist will shout at you and disagree that actually women are more horny, they just don’t show it.
