Running the desktop version of turbo tax. I will try again with wine or some other things. I did toy with the though of a vm on Linux that’s running windows ten, but not sure.
The latter works for me with my local flavor of tax software. Got my usual desktop all around and the tax software with shared printer and files in the middle in the VM.

Who needs TurboTax when gnucash exists? :)
What’s the advantage of the desktop version? I switched to the web version years ago and it seems to handle everything just as well.
You can get the desktop one on sale for a lot less over the website one.
Ah, I see. That makes sense. One of the perks at my workplace is reimbursement for TurboTax purchases, so luckily that’s not an issue for me.
