minus-squareKatzastrophe@feddit.delinkfedilinkarrow-up20·9 months agoI’ve started doing a ‘two sleeps’ kinda thing. Sleep four hours at night, and three around midday. Haven’t felt better. If I can’t get enough at night, I simply sleep some more midday, and vice versa.
