Why TF does anyone think it’s okay to use the horn, when it’s not an emergency (to avoid an accident)? And if it IS to avoid accidents; how bad are people at driving those places?

I hate visiting countries, where people uses the horn for every bit of communication. Fx, I can’t fall asleep when visiting Turkey.
