      And yet there would be no calls for his resignation from Republican politicians or the Republican party.

      Maybe the fact that the people would be calling for his resignation while the party wouldn’t be should tell you something important.

      It’d be everywhere on social media if he were unjustly defended. George Santos was a fucking clown - and you’ll see plenty of articles about Bob Menedez (a democrat) for the same reason.
