Probably any adblocking VPN does. I use Rethink on Android, it acts as a vpn but is local so more of a firewall, I’m sure something like that exists for iOS too.
I tried it with DNScloak with a mullvad adblock DNS and that didn’t cut it (although, that blocks ads in like 99% of iOS apps, like the annoying ad banners in free apps)
I also found that using Orbot (basically a Tor VPN on iOS) completely removes all ads in the interface and while listening 😊
