Courage the cowardly dog is how I describe the word Kafkaesque to people who didn’t read Kafka. At least the not bureaucratic context of that word, but im sure I could find an episide that has the bureaucratic context too.
Yes, it would appear before a few Cartoon Network shows. I remember the mouth used to laugh.
