Pretty sure there isn’t socialized healthcare.
Apropos affordable housing, how is the real estate bubble going? Don’t a lot of people pay for mortgages on apartments that have never been built?

Very cool, thank you for doing what you do. Care to share that introductory packet?

Keepassdx supports creating aliases via addy.io I think
I was afraid of the possibility of misinterpreting what you wrote. Sorry about that.
Are you suggesting landlords pay for that out of pocket and that isn’t priced into the price of rent? That they take on those costs out of the goodness of their hearts? That they don’t turn a profit, after all is said and done? That that profit wouldn’t mean savings for people on a mortgage? Give me a break.
Edit: I can’t read, apparently.

Especially after they dropped intellisense in favor of copilot. Just typical M$ shit.
Not saying I disagree, but I can already hear the response: “well population density is far less in the US” What’s the response to that? That they can then just connect the more populated areas? Or point to the past, where there was rail all over the US?

Thank you for responding.
Can you provide a source for both of those claims? What I’m seeing is that it’s profitable on its own, and generation isnt behind subsidized.

So how do you explain France having such cheap electricity, mostly through nuclear power plants? https://www.sfeninenglish.org/nuclear-electricity-price-gap-france-germany-2026/ The issue is not the technology, it’s the implementation. Just like in the US, Germany overegulated the industry, causing prices to increase. France can do it safely and cheaply. What’s the excuse? I don’t get it.

Oh, well in that case, it should never be shared again. Just delete the article while you’re at it.

I keep thinking that this wouldn’t have happened if Trump wasn’t president, but more and more, I’m not so sure anymore. Anyone have thoughts on that they want to share?

What’s your time limit on sharing articles? 24 hours? One week? I hadn’t seen this, so I’m glad it got posted, or even reposted.

Nuclear powerplants take that long because of extreme regulations, many of which are just total nonsense.
They can be built at reasonable speeds, especially newer tech.
The spent material storage is also a non issue.
It’s honestly the biggest fumble in terms of energy production in the last decades. We fucked it.

What’s wrong with rocks? This sounds very rockphobic.

I, for one, want to hear from Leo Sturbgetter, a cow detangler in rural Mississippi.

Nice machine!
I’m seeing mine up right now. Got setup on bare Debian. But I know I need proxmox now, so I’m planning on switching.
What made you go proxmox with a truenas VM?

Link doesn’t work for me

Literring and…

Looks like a cool project. Starred.
I’m no tech expert either, so I’ll keep an eye on how the community reacts to it, in terms of security.
Keep up the good work!
You said there is socialised healthcare. I said there is not. I guess you have nothing to say about that other than pivoting. Pathetic.
