Yes, the less expensive VPNs especially have a lot of users using the same IP addresses.
You can get a VPN with private IP’s but this is more expensive. For a company of OpenAI’s size that would be a drop in the bucket though.
You can block an IP but first you would need to know which IPs are scrapers. And they could just use a VPN to bypass IP blocks.
OpenAI has a clause that one cannot train their own AI on OpenAI chatbots
If it was all a giant open source project I’m sure many would be more accommodating to your argument.
That “protocol” sure is seeing a lot of violations. Do Israeli instructors wink and nudge a lot when they tell their soldiers not to do this?
You blamed Hamas for this which is clearly not true.
The water pipe case you are talking about is not affecting the current situation. The water pipes are fully functional but Israel shut them off.
Israel publicly admitted they shut the water off to Gaza. This has nothing to do with Hamas. Your video contains no evidence of what you are alleging. Only some text and the comments are turned off which is not a great sign for credibility.
The water pipes to Gaza are fully functional and Israel even temporarily turned them on a while ago under international pressure. The other water storage and cleaning infrastructure in Gaza such as the desalination plant has been bombed by Israel. This is proven by satellite imagery in the BBC article.

The pay2win is getting very brazen
Israel has admitted to shutting off the clean water supply to Gaza. No pipes were dismantled to make rockets out of them Israel just turned off the tap.
And Israel was the party that bombed Palestinian water storage sites https://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-68969239

There are many bases in other countries willing to work with the US. Saudi Arabia appears a more conforming “ally” than Israel.
America is the largest oil producer in the world. It should not be a surprise the incentives to move to EV is not big. The longer we are all addicted to oil, the more money America and fossil fuel giants make.
China does not have much oil in the ground. They are investing in EV and renewables because it allows them independence from the oil lobby. Which is a very welcome coincidence to fight global warming.
These are the people that went from the biggest Commie haters to liking Russia the second the Democrats opposed Russia.
Republicans will take a more extreme or opposite position of the Democrats. It is impossible to appease to them.
How do they get the smoke to go in? Once I let the magic smoke out I am never quite able to put it back in properly.
When people only post negative things about Trump what is the reason?
He admitted he disliked Biden. That does not make him a propagandist.
" On Thursday, lawmakers voted 269-144 on an amendment to prohibit the State Department from citing statistics from the Gaza Health Ministry. "
Their death toll numbers have been very accurate in the past. The Defense department has also cited them.
No other group is allowed to enter Gaza (by Israel) to independently verify the death toll. Gaza Health Ministry is the only reliable source. This bill effectively censors the Gaza death toll.
