Milquetoast but your point stands.
Milquetoast but your point stands.
This sacrifice affirms that no one would go through with this if it was a “choice” or “for attention” or whatever the shitbags are saying these days. Imagine giving up the strength of a woman’s immune system and the ease of childbirth for the horrid experience of a man with a cold!
My cat is always playful and energetic lol but he’s a wild one at 1 1/2. Got a 2nd one and she’s helping calm him down thankfully, she’s just also the sweetest damn thing, purrs at the drop of a hat
I just watched this show for the first time while tripping with some friends… It’s so fuckin good we finished the entire season lol
Nope, 69 year old with same name, look at other comments in here for the source
See what you can get by putting some subtle feelers out. Talk to a recruiter or two. Best time to search for a job is while you have one, but you don’t have to commit to it full time unless shit really hits the fan. You’re more likely to get written up than fired initially anyway if he’s not the owner, erratic or not he has to answer for that.
Continue working towards whatever certifications you want in the meantime, especially if the job pays/reimburses you for it.
That’s a way better arena then the one I saw it in. It was way too tiny and they basically had one box jump in the middle, couldn’t do too much.
Appeasement never works with dictators.
Ok, this actually makes sense now. Florida otherwise felt like a pretty rough target, but this could actually swing it and they need to campaign like hell on it.
R u a grill?
If so, charcoal or propane?
Can I sell you my digital deluxe copy? Half price???
This is gonna sound like a #humblebrag but same. I’ve had drunken gay dudes thank me for existing because they found me that attractive. I know a decent amount of women find me attractive but it’s nowhere near the same degree.
My wife is highly amused by it, but it’s like damn, I’d be absolutely killing it if I was at all into dudes.
Damn, I loved the SSX games, particularly Tricky. A remake would be pretty sweet rn, pretty sure 99% of snowboarders would buy it at least haha.
Thanks for asking, OP. I’m in a similar boat, except I don’t even have a computer to get started with yet, only an old phone if I wanted to use that (not trying to do things on my daily). Thinking of buying a raspberry pi and diving in but dunno where to start.
Have plex and someone kind enough to share their library with me, but it doesn’t have everything I want. Could be worse tho, I suppose.
Dewalt is still that well regarded? My dad fucking hates them lol we used to have a good amount of their stuff and then tool after tool broke on him and he won’t buy them unless he doesn’t have a better option (he and my brother are HVAC/plumbers). He likes Milwaukee but thinks they’re overpriced, and has a decent amount of Ryobi stuff now, along with Bosch. My grandpa was the Makita man.
I have a lot of Ryobi and Makita hand-me-downs as a result, haven’t really had to buy much of my own yet, but that’s changing.
The Orville, of course!
That is 100% a puppy.
Hmmm. I blocked the yiffit instance and yet this comment is not hidden…
Also not kink shaming but it was every other goddamn post on All
Hmmm. I’ve had rabbit prepared 5 different ways at a very expensive restaurant once (had just gotten a bonus for the first time in my life and it landed on my wife and I’s anniversary). It was fantastic, like dark meat from a turkey or chicken, but a tad gamey which I didn’t mind.
Venison is delicious, as is elk. Buffalo burgers are solid, not much different than regular. I’ve had ostrich jerky but it’s pretty much the same as most other jerkys by that point.
Had shark once, was very good and similar to swordfish.
Funnily enough all of these things I tried in the US, and none while actually traveling abroad despite adventures to most of the continents at this point.
Idk if that’s out of control or not anymore, what’s a dollar worth? But I’ve avoided goodwill for Habitat for a while because there were various stories over the years about shady things. Now, they’re big and basically all franchises so some of this was always gonna happen; lawsuits w/ racist/sexist/otherwise discriminatory managers will eventually happen once a company gets large enough, and franchises have a lot of independent control which leads to a lot of variance, good and bad, at different locations.
But they’re also pretty shit at the corporate level: https://www.cracked.com/article_33357_15-impressively-evil-things-goodwill-has-done.html
So overall, on the astronomically low bar of regular evil corporate behavior, they’re middling, but you should probably donate/shop elsewhere if you want to do the most good.
