That’s completely different. Divolt runs Revolt, which is self-hostable but not federated (aka what happens on your instance stays only on your instance)

BANNED means a user’s account was banned from their instance and can’t be used at all, as banned accounts aren’t deleted. There’s also BANNED FROM COMMUNITY which is self explanatory
