Das ist auch wichtig bei der Argumentation gegen diese Partei, wenn das neutral und gerichtlich festgestellt wurde. Personen des öffentlichen Lebens (und Manager etc.) distanzieren sich dann noch eher von dieser offensichtlichen Nazi-Partei.

Honestly if they are not that technical, I’d with the nearly fool proof solutions of QNAP and Synology and alike. It is very easy to maintain. I think e.g. Synology still provides updates for their 2012-2013 generation devices, hardware limitations apply whatsoever.

Surely you get less Hardware/Dollar but the software is near fool proof. I recommended such devices to two of my half technical friends and granted mutual space for encrypted off-site Backups and it just works flawlessly. If they would have me setup any self made raspberry pi like solution and anything goes wrong with their data I’d rather not stand in their line of sight.

Ok so that dude says that musk did positive things (which is debatable but that’s not the point). People vote him down and he is pissed of by this. So he brings that ppl will downvote him, because people generally dislike Elon Musk anyway.

As Germany had to deal with the Nazis a lot of people were subjected to massive propaganda as the Nazis basically controlled all the public information sphere. So what happened was that many/some people read in the newspapers about positive aspects of the Nazi/Hitler rule and they believed.

They later learned (when the 3rd Reich collapsed and the war ended) what a mess the Nazis left behind with millions of deaths and eradicated families. Many people still of course knew what happened but we’re subject to repression or just went along with it. Propaganda still leaves an impression especially considering that many young people back then grew up wrapped in dense propaganda.

Now the analogy is that there were probably positive aspects of the Nazi Regime for some people. Since after the war there is a stereotype about people in discussions about the time saying “yeah, but not everything was bad!”. They might list things like that “Hitler” (the government) build Autobahns (which were invented earlier anyway) or hospitals or something else. Just like a government should care about its people. These people are correctly being punched in the face for saying this, as we all know that in the background the Nazis made half of Europe suffer from their ideology.

The punch in the face would be a downvote here, as Musk is not to be idolized as he is just a manchild with too much money and he does not care about humanity or humankind.

I did not say he is being Hitler. He is just listing some positive aspects and wonders why he gets down voted. It’s just the same procedure, not the a comparison of Musk to Hitler. Both have fanboys and they just have to deal with the public opinion of the guy. It’s not really a surprise about the downvotes, right?

You forgot the large costs of operating, the large costs of maintaining, the large costs of nuclear waste disposal and the large costs of deconstruction of nuclear plants.

Yeah, other than that it’s a great viable way for few very large companies to make great guaranteed profits as the tax payer will take care of the risks.

If all the subsidiaries that went into nuclear power the last few decades went to renewables instead Germany would have no issues at all, but hey… giving tax payer money to some very few giant energy companies is more important than creating a Europe leading renewables energy sector that does not rely on russian fossils or nuclear material.

You should know that nuclear power is very expensive while renewables are absurd crazy cheap. I’ve been to a German Endlager and it takes years and BILLIONS of Euros just to seal this thing off. Guess who is paying? Mostly tax payers.

There’s be no company in Germany which would be willing to run a nuclear power plant if they were responsible for the permanent disposal of their waste on their own instead of letting the tax payer pay (most of) for it.

Ich gebe dir vollkommen Recht und weiß es aus eigener Erfahrung, weil wir 2021 angefangen eine umfangreiche Modernisierung zu planen und der zweite Kredit halt ein teurer ist und die Kosten gleichzeitig hoch sind.

Mir ist auch vollkommen bewusst, dass früher ein Gehalt (oft, natürlich nicht immer) gereicht hat um Familie zu ernähren und gleichzeitig ein Haus zu kaufen.

Was ich aber (auch im Freundeskreis) sehe, ist dass gejammert wird, dass man sich kein Wohneigentum leisten könne. Dabei ist es oft eher so, dass es sich nicht geleistet werden möchte. Genauso auch bei Modernisierungen oder so was. Da wird 2021 komplett neu gebaut und eine Gastherme eingebaut obwohl man sich die Wärmepumpe locker hätte leisten können, aber nein, man möchte keine Planungssicherheit sondern lieber weiterhin klimaschädliches, geopolitisch und oft leider auch menschenrechtlich hochgradig bedenkliches Gas, weil es ein paar Euro billiger war.

Geiz ist nunmal geil. Dass der Großteil junger Familien früher ein EFH besitzen konnte war auch damals oft mit Entbehrungen verbunden. Dazu gehört auch, dass man halt nicht in der Innenstadt einer Großstadt ein EFH beziehen kann, aber hey, heute gibt es Home Office und in meinen Augen wird das auch nie wieder verschwinden. Das gibt vielen die Aussicht auch in günstigeren Gegenden zu wohnen. Früher gab’s das nicht.

Zumal er wahrscheinlich vom EFH möglichst nah am Stadtzentrum redet. Sorry, aber wer Spitzensteuersatz zahlt kann sich Wohneigentum leisten. Dann muss man halt Zinsen bezahlen, was früher für 30 Jahre normal war.
