I feel wefwef is too narrow and the design is not good for desktop. But, liftoff is quite balanced and fits well between desktops and phones. But, it depends on personal choice though.
it is just PWA or web app which is not looking good on desktop. But, Liftoff have exe file tailored for Windows.
yes, it is the only Lemmy client that support Windows atm.
