If Barron went in the service they would make him an officer. Can you imagine being stuck with him as your LT? No thanks, please keep him out of it.
I think by “WW3” you are really asking, will countries start lobbing nukes at each other? Unlikely, although I wouldn’t put it past Trump to try one at least once. Rumors are that he has asked the military to use nukes more than once already and they refused or talked him out of it.

You need an emotional outlet. If crying doesn’t work for you, perhaps some sort of art or music will. The simplest thing is to take an old pen and the back of some old printer paper and try to express your feelings in pen strokes. You don’t have to draw anything. Just scribble. You could learn or relearn a musical instrument, master the wheel in a pottery class, or just go down in the basement and sing to the furnace while the dryer is running. Creative outlets and expression can be an excellent way to cry without crying. Maybe origami, or wood carving, or paper mache, or baking cupcakes. Embrace the creative and put yourself into it.

If you really need that many connections there are some tcp tunables you can do to help them be more efficient.

You can also look at how many network sockets you have open and where they are connecting. netstat -an will give you a quick look. lsof can help you figure out what is using those ports.

When you can control where the polling locations are, you can drastically under serve areas that don’t vote republican. This discourages or even makes completely impossible voting in some areas. I live in a wealthy republican suburb. In the last 25 years there has never been much of a line to vote at any time of day. I can usually get in, vote, and be out in 15 minutes. Within a 20 minute drive of me, there are polling locations that have lines which take many hours to get through. Many people have to take time off of work, or leave their kids home alone to vote. Some people can’t stand in line for that long due to health issues.
While mail in voting enables traveling businessmen, college students, military, the elderly and sick to vote - which probably doesn’t overly favor either party - it does disrupt the polling location engineering which is intentionally designed to favor one party over the other.

Your number of python file descriptors went up after that change. Have you looked at what python stuff is running? Something isn’t closing files or sockets after it is done with them.

Sometimes my feet can be really smelly. I hate it when I go to someone’s house where they expect me to pull my shoes off. Yes, odor eater powder helps, but I never know if removing my shoes is going to knock them out. Especially in the summer. It is better to just never go to other people’s houses.

And of the public ones, only the white people.

Maybe there are lapel spy cams you can wear as an observer that record to your phone.

Probably suspended because of the Union.

Real Men are stronger than the Sun too, that is why they don’t need sunblock.

John Wayne never needed math. Stereotypical math geeks are not going to have the big 6-gun and machismo. That is all you need to solve any problem the US might face.

Most servers do not need a fancy user interface. They don’t have monitors attached to them. Most of the other OSes you listed come bundled with a ton of user experience software along with the expectation a human will directly interact with them.
Servers are typically deployed and managed with automation, by the thousands. Lean. Simple. Secure. Tuned for their specific purpose. This is a lot easier to do with Linux than an all purpose general use personal computing platform.

It took us 2 years before our first kid would go to sleep and stay asleep most of the night.

Don’t worry, we will fork over 10x that in 20 years when we have to clean up all of the obsolete and abandoned data centers. There is no way any company is going to do that themselves.
What is a computer? My microwave has a computer in it. My car. My printer. My smartwatch. My TV. My treadmill. My security cameras. Many many things have little embedded systems running linux. Some are Internet connected, some aren’t. This feels terribly invasive for something that allegedly protects kids (doubtful). What if i don’t have any kids in my household? Would this have stopped Trump and his friends? How about the government focus on real problems instead of requiring cameras be installed on my toaster and a credit card to be able to watch TV.
