Harshest punishment requires the warning and ignoring of it.
Does it say that in the law code? I thought that being ignorant of the law doesn’t matter for most prosecutions (“ignorantia juris non excusat”)

Does he really think $500M would significantly change a city? As if the city would get any part of it, or that Dubai is something to desire…
And why do you think it’s like that?
I thought that’s where that guy from Pokémon came from?
Google’s maps are decent and can also be downloaded to be offline…? But yeah, it seems like it’s a nice alternative, especially if you want to be free from Google’s grips.
Nah, but they’re both forms of intellectual property.
In this case, it seems like they decided Zynga was infringing on patent US7072849B1. They managed to convince the court that Zynga’s advertising methods were too similar to what was described in that patent. Which is bullshit, as software patents shouldn’t exist, but oh well.
Well, yeah, because they initiated the code to verify it was you who called them. Better than them asking your “security questions” or such. It’s a completely different situation if you got an incoming call who asks for that.
Back in my day, we walked for miles uphill in the snow to school, we rode the unprotected meatspin, broke all of our bones, and then we walked for miles uphill back home. Kids these days are so spoiled and pampered!!!
What have you done with the Vulkanpizza???
There’s nothing illegal about downloading streams, but if the purpose of your downloads is to get fraudulent royalties, then of course it’s illegal as wire fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1343.
but totally fine when so many other media companies do it?
Do other media companies create fake streams?
Fraud is the crime of obtaining money or property by deceiving people. He deceived streaming platforms, as he botted his songs in order to earn royalties.
The whole “AI” thing is irrelevant; it’d be the same situation if he manually produced all his music.
I’m not a rail expert, but I thought for some reason that rails without electricity would be too old/unmaintained to be allowed to serve passenger traffic, lol.
40 minutes? I would have imagined that everyone would hop off at the station, they’d then drive out to a parking junction, and then drive back the electric train to the station for people to load in again. Isn’t it also very expensive to take the train (you’re from the US I assume)? Not weird that no one wants to take it when it’s in such bad situations :/
If you’re already laying tracks, why not lay electricity as well?
And the old “I cheated on you because I was drunk”. It’s not so heartwarming that people here are belittling rape with what would be considered negligent sexual assault at the worst.
you’re only getting part of what an endoscopy can do.
But it’s much less intrusive, no? So should it not be considered to see if a good diagnosis can be made via it?
But that’s all part of the same argument. If it was -f
or -ff
that’d make sense. Duplicate parameters are usually ignored in like all other programs I can think of.
How does the mail come in tho bro? Or is your mail server just a client machine?
Do you have a “spammy” TLD?
that the drain line that the hose is dumping into is partially clogged
That’d be my thought, or even that the hose isn’t tightly pushed into the drain.
Or at the least, a violation of the Logan Act.
