Deep cover infiltration!
I’ve been into typewriters for a while which is a good way to write distraction free, but also have gotten into older word processing devices and electronics.
Alphasmart devices and Palm PDAs are great ways to write distraction free but also with some of the convenience of word processing.
The Mythbusters also built a sweet plow truck that would get you through traffic.
The original Medal of Honor for the Playstation 1 had an alternate control scheme that let you move in the modern dual stick manner.
Oh yeah, they handled it properly for sure.
Baldur’s Gate 3 gets pretty explicit
Boeing’s planes sure have gone downhill since he died…
I just upgraded to a Pixel 7 Pro recently. Previously I had a Galaxy S8 that worked fine for about 7 years. It was really just showing its age. It still holds a charge halfway decently.
Might try installing GrapheneOS on it at some point.
It feels fairly high quality though and I’m hoping I’ll be able to get 7 years out of it like the Galaxy.
Yeah, I rubber stamp it all.
He’s aesthetically cool. Deep imposing voice, sick armor, nonchalantly wields his lightsaber one handed (which screams “I’m better at this than you”), strong enough with the Force to pull down an AT-AT.
They already are just PCs and have been since the PS4/XBone. It’s all just slightly customized PC hardware inside.
When is it next being acted on? I’d like to actually mail a physical letter explaining my concerns. Maybe they’d like it since they’re dinosaurs.
I love using save states in emulators to win this every time.
The laptop 3080tis have 16 gigs? The desktop ones only got 12.
It’s so dumb that Windows hides file extensions by default. They could just flip a toggle.
I wonder if online multiplayer mods could be made for multiplayer games.
Goodwill is particularly bad about this. You can almost never find cool stuff in the stores anymore. It’s all siphoned off for ShopGoodwill.
It was definitely one of my luckiest finds, but I think another part of it was that it was a pay by weight bin outlet. A St. Vincent De Paul in my case. Stuff isn’t individually priced and you weigh your items on a scale when you check out and pay by the pound. It’s usually very cheap because mine has a maximum of $5.00 per item so even heavy things like typewriters have been cheap.
I much prefer bin outlets because of this.
My daily driver laptop is the T410 I found at a thrift store for $5.
You could build one yourself for a fraction of the price with a trip to your local home improvement store. Even starting without tools, it would be cheaper.
I love my Pinecil V2. It was cheaper than my 40W entry level Weller station and heats up way faster. I run it off my Anker USB power supply and also my Anker USB power bank. The power bank only outputs 30 or 40 watts though so I might upgrade that in the future. High wattage power banks are expensive though :/
