I stopped reading the article after it just became a list of apps. Felt like a thinly veiled ad, and if not, annoying af.
I also read it as anxiety because you go back and forth a lot, second-guessing yourself. Therefore the angel/devil making that kind of motion to saw the head off can be seen as losing your mind.
