Unless Afghanistan and Iraq was in 1970 or singlehandedly funding a genocide as we speak doesn’t count.

Yeah I’m sure, the US would never let that slide, just like in Laos, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan.
This is really cute, but the first thing you should’ve said to her is the cheesy pick up line from the day you met her.
Well obviously if you’re going to need such a simple app, you’d opt for an open source one that has the user’s convenience in mind - not profit and therefore would never have such features in it.
But that’s not the point I’m making, it was about the idea people have that we have control over our phones, feed, data etc and that we can quit whenever we want, which is categorically not the case.
Well you won’t replace it with a pen and paper (like everybody else) cause we are addicted to our phones, that’s a big reason why many apps are cocky

Yeah same. I just try to cook a meal on Sunday but it doesn’t get me through the entire week. Not to mention I usually need a second meal at night when I work out. It’s too much.

Refusing to acknowledge the Israeli settler colonialism, genocide and apartheid OR justifying it with the excuse of Israeli self defence is exactly how most German citizens dealt with the concentration camps. The situation is far too serious and tragic to deal with petty trolls like you, but I will answer for anyone else seeing this.

The moment you realize that any clean energy we produce and have been producing for the last 20 years, that the renewable industry boomed exponentially, only serves as additive energy and not as a replacement for non-renewables, because our demands in energy have been exponentially ever-increasing since the 1950s, as the economy doubles in size every 20 years since then. So no matter the remarkable advances in solar and wind, we still needed more energy than that, because that’s how exponents work.
But yeah, let’s continue doing business as usual, this will definitely work.
Yeah I’m sure the party that brought them in the situation they are in to begin with is their only hope for a future. It definitely represents them and their interests and not the billionaires, hence not addressing any of the real pressing issues in the world that the new generation cares about.
12·2 months agoNo actual humans are not glad, because this is not support for Palestine or anti genocide or anything like that. This is just talk to appease to voters.
Actual thinking humans can deduce that since Israel had the 100% of support from the democratic party no questions asked, not when bombing children, not when needing funding to attack Hezbollah in the north, this means that the person replacing the president from the same party, while also being the vice president of the current democratic government, will do exactly the same. As has been the case for every major foreign interest of the US.
There could have been some room for wishful thinking if she was someone new but like, she is the current vice president, the levels of gaslighting democrats are reaching is beyond me.
It doesn’t have to bother you personally to be unfair. I don’t pay this amount of money on their games and consoles to be bombarded by ads. It’s not a “big” problem, but it is a problem. Some people don’t want to see so many ads, to be tempted to buy stuff all the time or have a bloated home screen.
Just because you don’t mind doesn’t mean everyone has to do so as well.
