My understanding is that there is a hardware release, but it’s not intuitive. https://www.tesla.com/ownersmanual/model3/en_us/GUID-A7A60DC7-E476-4A86-9C9C-10F4A276AB8B.html

Wait you don’t just pull the lever you have to pull a rip cord under the lever? Or am I viewing that wrong. Who would think that’s a good idea, just attach the wire to the lever so it unlocks like a normal door handle. That’s some seriously bad engineering.

Yup, and trying to remember that in an already intense situation. That’s why people drown and burn to death in their Tesla. Oh, bonus point, you can’t use it to test it, because it’s one time use and breaks the automatic locking system.

And here I thought mother nature was pissed off because we were fucking over the environment. It’s probably because we are fucking over the environment for absolutely shit products.

In the unlikely situation when Model 3 has no power…

      LOL are they serious!?

Then you have to fumble around for a secret panel to find a piece of string??

This shit should be illegal! No wonder people are dying.

Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.

7. No duplicate posts.
