I used to buy a lot of this back in the day. It is great in stuff like pancakes or anything else you would add milk to.
I used to soak oats in water overnight then blend with the powder and (brace for impact) some cottage cheese and baking powder to make really nice pancakes. I know you’re WTF’ing at the cottage cheese but it softens them and adds no flavour. They are quite dry without it. High protein pancakes to start the day with some jam or whatever was a big win when I was trying to cut weight and not lose muscle.
In a shaker with a bit of cocoa and finely ground sugar and milk (or sweetener and water if you’re watching calories) and it’s fine. On it’s own, mixed with water it’s 100% bleh.
