When did you play it? I liked the game when it came out, but I tried to replay it recently and the mechanics did not age gracefully. It’s pretty clunky by modern standards.
I’m sure that to a lot of people this is likely sacrilege lol

Thanks for allowing me, too, to experience a patronizing grandad’s voice so that I can empathize with OP

Legend of Zelda along the same lines. I remember how cool it was that it could save progress without constant power. Caveat is… It’s so hard without a guide or a lot of trial and error.

Since you mention the d-pad. It was patented, so all the big companies had their own legally distinct spins on it. Nintendo has their cross; sega had a circle thing; Sony had discrete buttons, Microsoft had a different circle thing.
The Nintendo patent actually expired a number of years ago now, so nowadays the cross is showing up more places.
I think he had two (cowboy and bawitdaba), so I’m sure he’d be offended at being called a one hit wonder.

Eat, Drink, and Be Merry

I mean, I hope so, just like I hoped so for Twitter.
Evidently a lot of people can’t give up whatever is the biggest social platform of its type

I really wish Randy would shut the fuck up, because it seems like the actual devs really care about this game.
I think “mating” is more effective. A minor double-take means you’re more likely to remember it. Besides, textbook writers should be allowed to fit in jokes where they can; their work seems dry as hell.

I’ve not been on linux for long, but I like my kubuntu system. Took a bit of fiddling (non standard video drivers, non standard Proton for steam, wayland was buggy on my hardware), but now it’s been working a treat for both gaming and productivity.
Judging by the sentiments for Ubuntu on here, I feel like it’s unfairly maligned. It seems like everyone wants Linux to be easier to adopt by the masses, but they don’t like the distros that fill that niche.
I don’t disagree, but you’re running the risk of a canceled booking if you ask the owner to do it for you.
Or if you are used to throwing money around, hire someone not the owner to show up early and set up and take down after.

Even if it was a mistake, which it was not, “Oops,” isn’t a valid excuse for military action. Incompetency is not expected behavior for most other governments.
I never thought about it like that! I did in fact buy the car specifically to go to the grocery store and don’t use it for anything else

So would it be accurate to say that autism is on a spectrum that also includes non-autistic people?

I live in one of those states, and increasingly seems it’s either that or we just all move to BC
I didn’t even know music had a temperature! I still have so much to learn about earth culture.

Instead of leveling up your vehicle, you level up the infrastructure as you progress the game. By the end, you’re just taking the public transit system to the finish line.
I hear people say that all generations have their dumb numbers, but I don’t remember so many establishments having to ban 69 back in the day. Yes, there will have always been something dumb getting popular, but I think it’s more willfully obnoxious now, and I don’t think I’m just an old man yelling at a cloud.
E: Thinking about it a bit, I think there’s truth to it being willfully obnoxious. The rise of social media encourages being more disruptive, causing a bigger scene, anything to go viral. God, now I really do sound old.
