This article has a pretty negative slant, but is anyone actually sad they’re going? I’ve been playing on and off since 2014, and I never have enough shards. My friends that have played almost nonstop since launch constantly have more than they could ever spend, even if they masterworked every piece of gear in their collection. Seems like a good change, honestly.
I understand that Beth delayed the review codes, but I don’t quite understand why. The subtext of this article seems to suggest that they expect higher reviews from other outlets. Is that the case?
While that’s true, what’s illegitimate is when the idiots set up bots to spam negative reviews, like what happened with Captain Marvel and Last Jedi. A person with a negative opinion is fine. A bot spamming the same negative reviews again and again in order to artificially bring down the score? Not fine.
I’m not saying that’s what happened here, but reviewing bombing generally consists of more than a group of angry people writing honest reviews.
Are we doing 90s ballads? I’m down.
It’s been a long December and there’s reason to believe/ Maybe this year will be better than the last/ I can’t remember all the times I tried to tell myself/ To hold on to these moments as they pass
I thought Telltale shut down for good. I didn’t even know they had a revival, but that’s awesome!
“…nothing can really define what makes a ‘good book’. We just know what strikes a chord in ourselves. Right story, right reader, right time.”
It took me forever to learn this: the fact that someone dislikes my favorite book (or movie, or game, or album) doesn’t mean they dislike me. I’ll probably have to learn it again if I ever manage to get my own book published.
Wouldn’t it be constantly fluctuating between speeds one or two numbers apart? Unless your foot is magic or you’re in cruise control, lol. I feel like it could be distracting.
This is fascinating (and unsettling). I had no idea.
