I was hoping Institute for the Study of War would start daily updates, but they seem set on staying on Ukraine and Iran for now. Yeah, this is a problem of pushing compliance to a level above the operator in an area where the perfection demanded by policy relies on traffic behaving perfectly, and drivers never experiencing delays or problems, to operate. The only way this goes away is a scarcity of drivers.
